Let Me Be Honest With You
When somebody starts a conversation with, "Let me be honest with you..." how do you react? Do you feel like it's going to be a pleasant conversation? Probably not...

So before they've even begun, you're already in a frame of mind. You're approaching this negatively. The odds that you are willing to hear them out are slimmer than if they would've started the conversation with a different phrase.

Let's address how to control our communication skills so we can eliminate things like this from happening, and have effective conversations!
